Hope everyone is psyched to go see Bangkok Dangerous!
Cage had an excellent writeup in the LA Times that you should check out
For Cage, the decision to remake "Bangkok Dangerous" was also predicated on a certain "philosophical" connection to his off-camera existence.
"In my own life, I married a Korean lady," Cage said, "and I know the enchantment, bewilderment and isolation of trying to fit into a culture and not knowing how. All of those feelings are organically rolled into 'Bangkok Dangerous.' "
Brilliant.
Check out the trailer below, the last line is particularly hilarious.

To continue in the vein of emotional performances. Nic leaves attitude aside to focus on family. He is not afraid to cry.
Nicolas Cage is not. afraid to cry.

Cage plays Ronny Cammareri, a baker who falls in love with his brother's fiancée (played by a wonderful Cher). Moonstruck is probably my favorite romantic comedy, and Cage's appearance is vital to the whole thing. The best clip is when he and Cher first meet:
Love it! You can now see the entire film on demand on hulu.

The beginning of Snake Eyes is one really long shot with no cuts. Note the shirt that Cage wears for the duration of the film. Pure sexy style. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a video of the whole shot but this is a good excerpt.

From The Wicker Man
Just... just look at his eyes. They're pleading with you. He MUST know how it got burned. He's near tears. His voice doesn't quiver--no, he is strong.
Nic Cage is strong.
